FAQ: Visas and invitations

A valid passport is required for citizens of all countries entering the UK. Citizens of certain countries and territories may also require a visa. To find out if you need a visa and how to apply, visit this UK government site: https://www.gov.uk/check-uk-visa We advise you to contact the British Embassy or High Commission in your country for complete and official instructions on the specific visa regulations and application procedures that apply to you. FAQ: Accommodation

We have arranged several options for accommodation at discounted rates.

Accommodation on-campus will be available from £30.00 per night including breakfast. See http://iamcr.org/leicester2016/campus-accommodation

If you book the conference and campus accommodation at the same time, you will not be charged the 20% VAT on accommodation.

Accommodation is also available at nearby hotels in Leicester. See iamcr.org/leicester2016/off-campus-hotels or www.goleicestershire.com/IAMCR2016.

The conference is taking place at the University of Leicester, University Road, Leicester, LE1 7RH, United Kingdom. Leicester is located in the East Midlands, about 100 miles from London, and is well serviced by train.
