My abstract was accepted. How do I submit my full paper?

Full papers must be submitted at http://iamcr.org/leicester2016/submit. Please follow the instructions carefully.

The deadline to submit is 30 June 2016

How do I submit a proposal?

The last day to submit proposals was 15 February 2016.

Can I read other people's proposals?

Yes. All the abstracts accepted for presentation at the conference by IAMCR's 31 thematic sections and working groups are online at http://iamcr.org/leicester2016/accepted-abstracts

When will I know if my proposal has been accepted?

For proposals submitted to the main IAMCR 2016 conference, the Section and Working Group heads will notify you of their decision by 1 April 2016.

What are the key dates regarding submissions?

  • 1 December 2015 - Open Conference System (OCS) available for abstract submission at http://iamcr-ocs.org
  • 15 February 2016 - Last day to submit abstracts for papers and panels for IAMCR 2016
  • 1 April 2016 - Deadline to notify authors of abstract decisions
  • 28 April 2016 - Deadline to confirm your participation at the conference to the heads of your Section or Working Group
  • 2 June 2016 - Draft conference programme schedule released
  • 30 June 2016 - Deadline for full paper submission
  • 7 July 2016 - Final conference programme pubished on the website
