Section and Working Group (S/WG) heads must ensure that chairs, respondents are aware of their roles and responsibilities and to make sure they are aware of the information/guidelines on this page.
Each Online Paper Panel has been allocated one or more chair(s) with the following responsibilities:
Some S/WGs allocated a single respondent to each panel. Others assigned a respondent to each paper within the panel (normally selected from the other members of the panel itself), and still others have both types of respondents. The decision about which method to use was up to the heads of the S/WG.
Respondents assigned to a single paper are requested to provide feedback on one paper in the online paper panel. An initial comment should be made soon after the publication of the papers. Follow-up comments until 11 September are welcome and encouraged.
Respondents assigned to a panel are invited to comment on the panel as a whole, including comments that address each of the papers in the panel. An initial comment should be made soon after the publication of the papers. Follow-up comments until 11 September are welcome and encouraged.
When it comes to feedback, there are a few things to keep in mind for all participants:
Online Conference Papers will remain online until 11 September. Authors, chairs and respondents are requested to periodically checkin to see if new dialogue may have developed.
